Do I need to sign in?
Core Individual protection works without signing in. Sign in when you want to use Friends or Partner Circle.
How is Private record different from protection?
Private record keeps eligible posture episodes on your device for reflection. It does not issue warnings, contribute to Social rankings, or share those records with Partners.
Can my Friends control my protection?
No. Friends can share encouragement and selected progress. Partner controls are separate, limited, and available only through an explicitly accepted Partner connection.
Where is my usage history stored?
Your seven-day Daily Summary and Usage Trends stay on your device. Signed-in accounts may sync selected current progress and protection status for connected features and account restoration.
