About AntiBedRot

AntiBedRot is a behavioural digital-wellbeing and accountability tool designed to make phone use in bed a more conscious choice. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Results vary, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Eligibility and accounts

AntiBedRot is not intended for children under 13. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian permission to use an online service, you may use signed-in features only with that permission. You are responsible for information and activity associated with your account and for keeping access to your Google account and device secure.

Using the service responsibly

You must not misuse AntiBedRot, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, harass others, send abusive content, or use Social or Partner features for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes. Do not use the service to monitor or control another person without their knowledge and freely given agreement.

Friends and Partner Circle

Friend and Partner connections require actions by the people involved. Friend features provide encouragement and selected progress comparisons; Friends cannot control another person’s protection. Partner Circle provides limited, disclosed accountability controls between people who explicitly connect. Either person may remove a connection using the available app controls.

You are responsible for choosing people you trust. AntiBedRot cannot guarantee another person’s conduct or availability.

Your content and profile

You retain responsibility for the profile name, username, photo, messages and other information you choose to provide. You grant AntiBedRot limited permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate the features you use. You must have the right to share any content you provide. We may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Privacy and account data location

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, why it is needed, where account data may be stored, and the choices available to you. During signed-in setup, your confirmed country determines a Google-managed service region for eligible account data. Some authentication, control, messaging, diagnostic and support processing may occur outside that region.

Pro access and referrals

Any Pro or referral access is subject to the eligibility, duration and limits shown in the app. Promotional access has no cash value, is not transferable, and may be corrected if issued through error, misuse or fraud. Current or future feature availability may change.

Service availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of AntiBedRot to improve safety, reliability or functionality, or to comply with legal and platform requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. You remain responsible for your own device use and decisions.

Intellectual property

AntiBedRot, its design, software, branding and original content are owned by AntiBedRot or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service as provided. These terms do not permit copying, selling, reverse engineering where prohibited, or creating misleading derivative services.

Disclaimer and limitation

AntiBedRot is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using AntiBedRot or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements or repeated violations of these terms. Account deletion is available in the app and through the account-deletion page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes and contact
